Yes, we charge a commission on each sale made through your store, excluding shipping fees. Note that Stripe also charges a small fee on each sale made.
Is it a requirement that I have an existing online presence?
Not at all.
Am I allowed to join if I already sell my products on different platforms.
You are more than welcome to sell on Zimnu no matter where else you sell your products.
Do I need to be Irish to sell?
Not al all. Your more than welcome to sell with us providing you live in Ireland and all your products are hand made in Ireland.
How do I become a seller with you?
Becoming a seller is very easy. Simply click the "Become a Seller" button on this page and follow the steps. You will need to complete a sign-up form, connect your Stripe account, and then setup your store and add your products.
Must my product photos be taken by a professional photographer?
We dont require that your products are taken by a profession. Professional photos may help your product sell better, but we're happy with any product photo you have provided they are clear, accurate, and look good.
It is your responsibility to ship your products to your customers. Once you create a free account, you will need to add your shipping fees to your online shop.
Once I sign-up, how long do I have to add my products to my shop?
We generally dont limit shops, but if we may disable stores that have been dormant for a long time.
I dont know how to add products to my shop, can you help?
We will gladly help you setup your store and show you how to upload your own products. Simply get in get touch.
How many products can I have in my shop?
As many as you like.
